USLING Platform Terms of Use

You may use the platform only for legitimate USLING application, admissions, sponsor, and related institutional purposes. You must follow the instructions presented in the platform and any separate requirements communicated by USLING.

You are responsible for providing information and documents that are accurate, complete, and current to the best of your knowledge. If information changes or you discover an error, use an available correction process or contact USLING.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, use an email address you control, and sign out from shared devices. Notify USLING if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not misuse the platform. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security or availability, uploading malicious or unlawful content, impersonating another person, or using the platform in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

The platform, its design, software, institutional materials, and USLING names and marks are owned by or licensed to U.S. Ling Institute. These terms allow you to use the platform for its intended purpose but do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, modify, or distribute protected materials except as allowed by law.

USLING may maintain, update, suspend, or change platform features. The platform may occasionally be unavailable, and online access should not be treated as the only way to address a time-sensitive matter. Contact USLING if a technical issue prevents you from completing an important step.

Creating an account, starting or submitting an application, uploading documents, or receiving a status message does not guarantee admission, enrollment, immigration eligibility, a visa, a Form I-20, or any other outcome. Decisions and requirements are governed by USLING's formal processes and applicable requirements.

These platform terms do not replace or change:

• Enrollment Agreements or Payment Agreements;
• admissions requirements or decisions;
• SEVP or other international-student requirements;
• academic, attendance, refund, conduct, or other institutional policies; or
• any other formal agreement between you and U.S. Ling Institute.

If another applicable agreement or policy conflicts with these terms on an institutional matter, that agreement or policy controls that matter.

USLING works to keep the platform useful and secure but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, USLING is not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

USLING may update these terms as the platform changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means the updated terms apply to later use.
